All mat orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks from the moment the order is placed! If you need a mat order to be shipped RUSH, please send an email to our support team prior to the order being placed.

The delay will vary according to your location. For customers in the WEST, the delay is 2-5 business days. For Southwest and Midwest, the delay is 3-6 business days. For customers in the Northeast and Southeast, the delay is 4-7 business days.

If your order is shipped with UPS or FEDEX, you will be able to track your order by clicking on the tracking number from the order confirmation email sent to you.

For larger mat orders, we will typically ship them on a pallet using 3rd party freight companies. If you would like to get the latest up-to-date tracking information about your pallet, please email our customer service with your order number to support@matsurumats.com

The delay will vary from 8-12 weeks depending on the size of the order, the amount of customization that needs to be done and also the time of the year in which the order is placed. For custom orders delay, please send us an email to support@matsurumats.com prior to placing your order with us.

For smaller purchases between $500 and $5000, you may select the "monthly installments" option at the checkout and choose the term that best fits your needs.

For larger purchases above $5000, we offer EQUIPMENT LEASE financing through a third party company who takes care of all credit applications and financing approvals. For financing applications please email our sales department who will then send you a form to be filled out prior to getting an approval.

Yes, absolutely. All of our mats are covered by our MATSURU warranty which varies from 1 to 5 years, as follows:

HOME ROLL-OUT MATS, PUZZLE MATS, CRASH MATS, FOLDING MATS - 1 year

TATAMI MATS, SMOOTH MATS, CUSTOM ROLL-OUT MATS, WALL MATS - 5 years
