I recently picked up the Premium Rubber Gym Tiles from Matsuru and I couldn’t be more satisfied. These 2' x 2' tiles are 3/4" thick and built like tanks. Solid, heavy, and clearly made from 100 percent rubber as advertised. Right out of the box you can tell they are made to handle serious abuse. Pure quality.

Setup was straightforward. The included connectors and clean cut edges made it easy to get a tight secure fit. Once in place these tiles do not budge. Another bonus: no overpowering rubber smell which is rare for this type of flooring.

The shock absorption is excellent. Perfect for deadlifts, heavy dumbbell drops, or setting up a weight platform. They take the impact without flinching and protect both your floor and your gear. They also do a great job cutting down on noise and vibration which is exactly what you want in a home gym.

I am a big fan of deadlifting but I also want to ensure that my floor is not impacted. I was searching for specific mats that would satisfy my requirements. I scoured through the internet, but some were supremely expensive and some were really poor in quality. I finally bought the Matsuru gym mats and couldn't have been more happier. Really love them and I can freely do my deadlift without impacting the floor.

I’ve had troubles finding mats for carpet floors where my home gym is. The bottom of the tiles shape combined with the weight hold them in place nicely.
