Great mat, good service, sale people respond quickly with any questions

Good quality mats. These mats provide enough space to get some good rolls in. They are easy to roll up and roll out and are light for easy storage. Shipping was fast.

When I ordered my mats at the end of March, the expected delivery date was mid-April. By late April, I hadn’t received them, nor had I heard from the company. Using the chatbot to check my order status said that my mats had arrived at a distribution center in Quebec. A few days later, the chatbot said something was wrong, so I called and a live person in Vancouver told me that my mats hadn’t even even been shipped yet. The customer rep told me they’d be shipped that same day, and that I’d receive a tracking number, which they did do and I did receive. The estimated delivery was 9 days. Unfortunately, the tracking number didn’t work, and after 11 days I called back. They said that the mats would be delivered in the next 3 days. I finally received them 2 days later.

As far as mat quality, they’re great, although they did have some underside foam damage in a few places. Nothing major enough to prevent use, but after all that frustration with the shipping, I feel that I can only give 3 stars.

I ordered the mats during Black Friday for an awesome deal and when they came in and I installed them instantly in love. Great customer service as well throughout the process.
